For anyone that cares here is what the issue was.
I had added a table to Report Designer and then used the table in the report. Then lately I removed the table from and not updated the crystal rpt file so it was trying to find that table.

Subject: Crystal report Login error
We started getting the crystal login screen when we print a stock status
report.
Can someone help me with that?
The report is a modified stock status report.
When i run it its working but when any of the users run it it asks for
login.
Its not a ODBC report.
