Crystal Report Failed to open Connection Error in Epicor 10

Hi ,

I have 1 Crystal Report which is working fine in my colleques laptop but in my its giving error as below

I am not getting why its giving error. There is already Crystal Report RunTIme 32 bit, also tried with 64 bit, i compare ODBC connection, its same. Its created in User DSN. Rights also given properly to both of us for folder. I restarted PC but still this same error is coming.
Can you please let me knw is there anything more i need to check.

Hi @Ajay ,

I suggest contacting your system administrator and asking them if your machine has access to the database/server where information is stored. This seems to be an access level issue.
