We are getting errors on Printing Crystal Report ‘The Report Selected does not have any data to Download.’.
Epicor Version - 10.2.400
For Development Server - It’s working perfectly [One Application Server]
For Test Server - Error [Two Application Server - One for Task Agent only, Second for Clients]
If you go to System Agent Maintenance what do they have setup as their Server/Client Directory, it shouldn’t be C:\ - im a bit weirded out by their path being // and not \\
. If it is correct then make sure TA Service Account has access to get to the path.
Process Payments run on the TA Server.
