Crystal PO Print Problem

I have checked prior posts and believe that this was brought up before
but, I did not see the resolution.
Purchase order release information does not print correctly with the
Crystal PO form. The first line of the purchase order has all of the
releases printing about the line and subsequent lines on the purchase
order only print 1 release line - again above the line. I have tried
unlinking and relinking the files but, to no avail. We are on 5.2. If
anyone knows the resolution to this - please let me know. We have a lot
of blanket purchase orders that are coming due for renewal and I need to
get this resolved.

I've seen the same thing with purging warnings. One time in ignorance I
changed the retention period from 12 months to 6 months and the purging
started on the first login and ran and ran and ran..... Nobody could log
in until it was done purging. Ooops.

If you have the global alert turned on to send an e-mail when a quote
reaches it's expiration date or follow up date it will give this error.
Whoever is the first person to login to Vantage for the day will get the
"processing global alerts" message. If another person is logging in at
the
same time you will get the record lock message until all global alerts
are
processed on the first computer.

Has anyone had a problem with users being unable to login in the
morning?
We have had a problem several mornings each week. The error message
today
was "QuoteHed in use by" and it would give a user ID. We thought it
was
because that person did not log out the previous evening so our MIS
Manager
said made a policy that all employees log out at the end of every day.
That
was fine until today. The same problem happened. The error message
does
not always say "QuoteHed". In addition, the PID # is large and
negative
on
at least one person, but not necessarily the user that the computer
says
is
causing the lock. Sometimes you can just disconnect the user that is
causing the lock from the server if there is a session of Vantage open
there. But in other cases, the server had to be rebooted. Can anyone
shed
any light on this? Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
