Hello, I’m having problems trying to upload a crystal report. The report works fine from the actual app but when I’m trying to call the report from Epicor I’m getting the following message. Does anyone knows the way around this?
Is the directory path shared to the user running the report?
yes, I even added myself and I’m still getting the connection error.
Can you drill down to the Crystal folder on your server and manually copy the report there? Make sure your data connection to the XML is working from your local rpt copy. I don’t think my E10.1.600 version has this Crystal customer report maintenance program. Then assign it to the report style, similar to below.
