Up until now, we have been using Vantage for all functions in our
business except for prospect tracking for our sales staff . Our
sales staff currently use Act software for customer prospect
tracking. As our sales staff has grown, and we now have a number of
sales staff telecommuting, we are looking to replace Act with
something more sophisticated. We are planning at looking at
Vantage's CRM package and Mobile connect. I was wondering if anyone
out there is using this module and whether you think it was worth the
purchase price? Another complaint was getting Act and Outlook to
work together more efficiently for e-mail and calendar functions (for
scheduling appointments) Also, any suggestions for software other
than CRM?

Bruce,
we are using terminal server (2003). We are also demoing the CRM, but
plan
to get proficient with the CRM before we add the customer/sales connect.
We are also going more and more to thin clients with terminal server on our
network.
