Your question intrigued me, so I checked this out on our system. It
looks like the figures in the "CREDIT" tab include any invoices in any
unposted A/R batches whereas the figures in the "INVOICES" tab are only
looking at POSTED invoices.

The first is under Customer Tracker, then the Credit button. The fields
are "Invoice Credit" and "Open Invoices"



The second area is under Customer Tracker, then the Invoices Tab and the
"Invoice Aging" button. There, look at "Number of Invoices" and "Total
by Invoice Date."



These two areas differ on most customers. Why would there be two
different numbers of invoices, and why wouldn't the totals match.



Can anyone explain?
