Creating a 2024.2 Test Environment Error - ICECommon XXXX is not an IceCommon Database

I tried to create a new 2024.2 test environment yesterday. During the new app server process, after clicking ‘Deploy’, I get an ‘The Database ICECommon_4_2_400 is not an IceCommon Database’ error.

I’ve already deployed a demo database at 11.3.200 as well as running Actions > Update Common Database.

I’ve read through [ FAQ ] Epicor ICECommon Database, but didn’t see anything else to try.

And not sure if this is related, but there were remnants of a 2024.1 test environment that I removed when attempting to create the 2024.2 app server.

Any suggestions?
