CRE Error processing Credit Card

We set up the Credit Card Configuration but we keep getting the following error. We are going live Monday am.

The CRE Server is taking to long to respond. Please review the Timeout value in Credit Card Configuration

We were using it in test mode and that was working fine last week.

Did I miss something in my set up??

I did notice that on the processor screen it does not match in Classic. If I fix classic the Merchant ID and user swap. :woman_shrugging:

Is your Epicor cloud or on premise? I’ll suggest you check the host server and port to make sure your firewall is not blocking the connection. Also confirm you can access the gateway (you can try directly login using web page) user and password can be causing a problem.

we found our solution. It was a conversion error. So any CC entered before out DB converted was timing out. Once we reentered them it worked fine.
