Hello Everyone,

We have been encountering the error this below in our Epicor Service Connect:-

Unspecified error: Unknown fatal errors occurred: Client Proxy error occurred when calling GLJrnGrpService.GetByID
Exception of type System.ServiceModel.Security.SecurityNegotiationException: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel with authority ‘rensrv-erpapp.radomain.com’.
Exception of type System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.
Exception of type System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.

Any thoughts?

Check certificate in ERP app service. certificate for the ERP app service should contain exactly this hostname that error shows, in subject or subject alternative name.

Certificate is set up in IIS settings.
Another possibility – if you use self-signed certificate for ERP, you need to import it on the client machine certificate storage. Client machine is in this case where ESC is installed.

Thanks @Olga there are two files which show as expired and I checked the hostname which is correct only.

No client machine we are directly placing the CSV in the folder on the server.
