Not sure where to start looking - I’ve never encountered this. I did my cost roll up with only approved revisions and ran it with “Consider Pull As Assembly” checked and unchecked.
I have many parts that the new cost roll does not match the BOM Cost Report.
Any thoughts on where to look or what to do?

Wonder if one of the indented BOM examples listed on this site would help, possibly modified to bring in compare part costs?
Otherwise, I’ve sometimes used the view in the Engineering Workbench for reviewing/comparing costs with other views.
e.g. load a rev, then Actions → Rev → View Costs

Thanks for the idea. I looked at View Costs first and that’s what started this trip down the Rabbit Hole. The View Costs and BOM Cost Report have the same amounts which both differ from the CostRollUp. There are multiple parts with this issue but the one I’m digging in to currently only has one level so I don’t have to worry about indented levels. Figured if I could solve the issue on a one-level part it would be easier to extrapolate it to multi-level parts.

Did you ever track down the cause of any of the differences?
