Once a capture is run by Finance, all labour entries get locked out and Supervisors can no longer adjust quantities reported on jobs. I was told that I could use Job Adjustment but this doesn’t work either. Is there some other way we can fix bad labour entries after a capture is run, Bad reporting on jobs that is not corrected causing inventory issues, which than causes issues for material planners and production as a whole.
Thats correct as far as I know.
We have few people that are allowed to run Capture. Typically its on a schedule or announced.
Epicor Fix might be the only way to correct things.
