We ran a cycle count that the tags were entered a line off so the wrong numbers got posted for that cycle count. Is there a way to go back and correct the cycle count?
Has the Cycle Count been posted?
If so, you will need another Cycle Count with those parts and re-enter.
If it has not been posted then you can update the unposted Tags in Count Tag Entry.
If you use DMT, you might be able to use DMT to make the Qty Adjustments with your default Cycle Count Reason Code, but that would be more work as you would need two transactions for each Tag.
It would be easier to just create the same Cycle Count again, just add the parts manually instead of using the Auto Select option.
