In E9 we used to run conversion 5030 to fix Neg OHQ with invalid Bin…Anyone know what conversion that is in E10?
I tried the Refresh PartBin QOH from Prat Tran but didn’t work. Screen shot shows my issue…
Can you look at your actual bins? Do you have one bin a 42 and one at -1? (look in part tracker to see)
EDIT: Actually I think that’s exactly what you have going on. The bin you have 42 in is AFT MIL F1. You have -1 in bin 1, warehouse 2, (that looks like it’s in a different warehouse as well?? Maybe it’s just the description). I think you query is looking at a specific bin, and the part tran history is looking at all of the bins summed up.
I think you need to just transfer some inventory to get rid of the negative.

It is same warehouse but the BIN 1 dosesn’t exist. Honestly I think the user fat fingered something. We used to run conversion 5030 in E9 and it would fix it.
That’s interesting. In our system, bin 1 is just kind a catch all, and I think that the system uses bin 1 as a default in some things (don’t quote me on that though). Do you have the system set up in a test environment where you could add bin 1 into your warehouse and see if it shows up in part tracker?

I don’t know if this part has always been Quantity bearing or not. I just know this user always does this and we can’t replicate it nor can Epicor. I have tried to tell them to slow down. SO we usually just run a conversion to fix everything.

no. I think they tried to type F1 and put 1

not that I am aware of but who knows what the user sees and may fly past. IF sit with them, they can’t recreate the issue
If you load that part into Inventory Transfer, and search for the From Bin, does it show the bin with negative QOG?

One more thing, is the “Bin” column in that dashboard in your first post showing Bin ID, Bin Desc, or maybe even count of bins?
it is Bin ID.

There was a conversion in E9 called 5030 Fix On Hand Qty for Invalid Bin…I need to know what replaced it in E10. I don’t see it in User run conversion.
If it exists in E10, then support should be able to point you to it.
