So for example: From Part Entry if you are in developer mode and access the right click Part Tracker from the part field a Process Calling box comes up with SVGO0013.
The SV means Shop Vision which is under Executive Analysis > Trackers.
If you go through Menu Maintenance this is the menu ID for the Part Tracker.

Subject: [Vantage] Context menu sometimes gets base program
We are having an occasional issue with a user getting the base version of a program instead of our customized version.
This never happens when the user opens the program from the menu directly, only when the program opens from an Action menu or the Context menu.
For example:
We have a customization on Part Tracker. This customization is on every Part Tracker menu item, I've checked it three times.
I open Order Entry, go to an order, go to the line, right click in the PartNum field and select Open With -> Part Tracker.
Sometimes I get our custom version, sometimes I get the base version. I haven't been able to pin down a way to duplicate this. Epicor Support has denied any knowledge of this and won't help unless I can duplicate it or send them our customizations (which I believe is irrelevant).
Has anyone seen this before? Do you know of a way to prevent this from happening? Some of our customizations are critical to our business processes, and letting the user get around them can cause a lot of problems.

Make sure the user does not have a personalization loading the base and not the customized version.

So the trick to deploying out the Part Tracker customization is finding what menu item is being called from the right click context menu.
