Context menu sometimes gets base program

Thank you!  I had *not* set the customization on that version of Part Tracker.  So that fixes that one.  The other two programs that I have trouble with occasionally are ones where the users legitimately have access to both the base version of the customization and our customized version.  I know that this has caused problems where the user has a personalization saved.  I wonder if those personalizations could be failing, and then bringing up just base?

We are having an occasional issue with a user getting the base version of a program instead of our customized version.

 

This never happens when the user opens the program from the menu directly, only when the program opens from an Action menu or the Context menu.

Has anyone seen this before?  Do you know of a way to prevent this from happening?  Some of our customizations are critical to our business processes, and letting the user get around them can cause a lot of problems.

Make sure the user does not have a personalization loading the base and not the customized version.
