We’ve noticed that the context menu for CRMCall.CallConNum in CRM Call Entry has a context menu item called “Customer Contact Entry”. I’d like to recreate this for the CustCnt.ConNum field in Customer Credit Manager, but I don’t see any way to configure a context menu link beyond pointing to a certain menu item. I also see that the ContextMenuKey for CRMCall.CallConNum field actually is CustCnt.ConNum, but the context menu for that same field is missing that menu item outside of CRM Call Entry. Does anyone know what’s going on with this? I’m also having trouble figuring out how I would change the ContextMenuKey for a grid column, if that would be necessary.
