Container Receipt Entry

Hi, so my company is brand new to using Containers and we are having some problems with Container Receipt Entry.

  1. By accident typed in the wrong Shipment ID but epicor automatically marked that container as Arrived.Is there a way to change the container back to Shipped?

  2. Deleted a line from the Container Receipt page for a PO accidentally, trying to put it back in but there is no where to readd the line. The line still shows up on the Container Receipt Entry. Is there a way to add it back? Or is the only way to create a “fake” container and readd the PO Line to receive it.

You should be able to just delete the lines, then delete the receipt header. Just did that yesterday in 10.2.400.

That should return the shipment back to imported.
