Contact name mentioned on top of packslip

Hi Epicor community,

Are you aware how the calculated fields for the contact of Sold To and Ship To are generated?
I am trying to add this info on Customer Shipment Entry menu.

Actually, the address calculation is kind of cool.

On Country and Customer, you will find an Address Format tab. This tells Epicor/Kinetic how to format the address parts.

In the US, typically the address is:

address1
address2
address3
City, State Postal

In Germany, it would be
address 1
address 2
address 3
Province City
Postal

The address format defaults the to country then can be overridden within a Customer. It’s a nice feature that most users do not use and instead try to format the address in Customer entry. This makes searching and BAQs so much messier than they need to be.

Hi @Mark_Wonsil

Thank you for your response.
Sorry it seems my attempt in trying to eliminate confidential data led to confusion (I did not want to show the actual Customer name and address in this public forum).

Here is my second try. I am hoping to figure out where the names are coming from (vs the address):

Here is why I am confused. You might have multiple orders of the same customer in the same packslip and for each order have a different attention to. I assumed that names are pointing to the attention to field but it seems I am wrong and have no idea how that is done.
