Consolidated Identity and streamline management interface

Re-Design and streamline an Identities management tool to merge management and implementation of a SINGLE comprehensive IDENTITY creation tool with attributes from all the identities like Software Login (User), developer access, groups memberships, Shop Employee functions and data - supervisory info, biographics like training, certs, training plan, buyer functionality and authorized users, salesforce/territory etc, planner, inspector, supplier and customer (and both at the same time), addresses, contact info, Alert groups, AND differentiation of access based on Site and Company so users can have different identity attributes in each and every Site and Company they have access to. Not sure, but perhaps an AD like tool or plugin? Not too much to ask for is it? :wink:

Maybe even a PowerShell script that AD can call…and while you’re at it, a little integration of AD Groups with Epicor Groups…

There are many good points here - we need to review “People” we call them multiple different things in the system. That kind of change though it going to be breaking so we would need to model how we wanted to approach this.
