Configure smtp Epicor cloud

I configured smtp server on Epicor cloud, user send me his configuration and here is:

when I send email with a pdf, task monitor show me this:

any ideas?

You have “Authenticate Anonymously” selected, and data entered in the Use Specified Credentials" fields. Which should it be?

Also, have you tried enabling SSL?

yes, i tried too with “use Specified Credential” and “Use SSL” but not working.
