Configurator\Service Connect Expert?

Rik,

You are in luck.... you have one of the best resources available to you locally. She's in Riverside County.

Cathlene used to work for Epicor and is "THE" Service Connect expert out there.

I closely worked with her while at Epicor and I have engaged her services multiple times since I left. She's modified our PLM and EDI workflows many times for us. Service Connect is too confusing for me.
