How does Epicor Kinetic function on a cloud based system - what are the limits and are there functions unavailable to the cloud based system?

Before we start writing a novel in here, are there anything specific you would like to know.
What kind of work does your company do, what are you expecting, etc.
I don’t mind sharing my experience, just want to know where to start.

We currently use an on-site server and have to admit that the implementation was not the greatest - alot of data errors, looking at attempting a re-implementation and possible cloud/hybrid server system so that we can more easily use the system across our multiple locations.
I hope this answers a few questions, I thing any information I can get at this point will be greatly appreciated.
Epicor Kinetic Functions are the same for both on-premises and cloud.
