Clocking Out Office MES user Epicor 9.05.702A

We just went Live on Epicor 9.05 this week (from Vantage 5.2).  We have several hourly employees who are now "office MES" users.  The woman who manages HR (which includes fixing bad punches and making sure data is accurate prior to doing to data dump to ADP) is having an issue with these users because if they forget to clock out she can no longer go in and log them out and adjust their time because the system to log them out requires a password if they are office users. She is checked off as being able to edit all users time.  I must be missing something obvious - can anyone advise me?  Thanks!

We have the last person leaving for the day clock everyone out from MES as it's easier to correct the entries. None of our MES users have their user login tied to their employee id. Your HR person can use Time and Expense Entry instead of MES for corrections.

I am not sure I am following completely HR's issue.  The user will have to go back into Offic MES and clock out.  If they can't they you will need to run the following two conversions 8920 and 8930.  This will allow you to end activity and clock out.  We have reminded supervisors to use the Shop Tracker to see who forgot to clock out.

The problem we are having is that the user is not here (they left and won't be back until their next shift which is after payroll data is needed) So the HR person needs to be able clock them out so she can adjust their time.  but she cannot clock them out since they are an Office MES user it requires the users password.  I was hoping there was another way that I was missing that she could clock them out so she can then adjust their time (really don't like the idea of her having to run the conversion utilities).
