Recently, we have started having some issues where a shop employee will clock out and the system acts like everything is OK but when we go look at the labor transaction, it didn’t “take”. Clocking “in” doesn’t seem to be affected at all and it’s not ALL the time. Does anyone know what we might check or has anyone seen this type of behavior. It just all of a sudden started to occur…..
