You don't.
If the clock ID is associated with a userID with a private password (versus some generic 'shop' userID that everyone knows the password for) you need them to End Activity for all their in-process transactions and (for good measure) then Clock Out in MES.
Only then will you be able to call up and edit their labor records in Labor Entry.
It's a ridiculous paradigm.
Just as in Purchasing - where userIDs can be set up to allow a manager to access all Buyer POs or suggestions, a supervisor or department manager should be able to take control of any clock ID they are responsible for supervising and managing.

If someone forgets to clock out yesterday, and you need to modify his/her time punch (using Labor Edit) you can't because they're still on the clock.
Short of going to an MES station, how do you clock someone out (someone other than yourself) from standard Vantage?
Thanks,
Tony
