We use Vantage and Clientel currently. They DONT, however, "talk" to one
another. Clientel has been used for a beefed up customer database. I have
heard that there is an integration out there with Vantage but it requires an
on-site visit from Epicor (for a fee). I have yet to hear from a user to
say that the integration is working, its only been from the Epicor office
itself. If you go forward and get Clientel, I would ask about any fees
associated to linking it with Vantage and make sure you are aware of all
costs ahead of time.

Also, if you do get Clientel and the integration, I would be anxious to hear
your thoughts on it.
