There are two ways I know to clear the cache in 10.0.700.4. Both require you to be at the user's work station, though.
The first is, in Epicor, go to Settings, then click "Clear Client Cache".
The second is a manual method.
Go to C:\Program Data\Epicor\<server name>
Delete the folder that is named after your server and this will manually rebuild when you reopen Epicor.
