What version of Epicor are you on?  In Epicor 9 you can change some decimal places we have made the changes after setting up.  I can't remember if it is a conversion or if Epicor support sent us a program to run to change the decimal places.

Unfortunately the decimal place setup is done in the Administration Console when creating a brand new company. 

 

You can place rounding rules on the UOM's in certain E9 or E10 or into the reporting but I don't believe that the ability to limit the decimals exists at the Purchase Advisor or Part Transaction levels.
