Changing 'Account Format', adding DIVISION to GL

Epicor has a program (Vantage 6.1) you can buy, that will reformat the
Division, Department, and Chart.

Certainly many are looking at the subject line and saying 'too bad'.

Yet I am still asking.

We are adding another DIVISION and
want to change our 'Account Format' (who knew we would grow this much).

Currently = Chart-Dpt, xxxxx-xx
Desired = Div-Chart-Dpt, xx-xxxxx-xx

We are on 6.1
When we move to 8, can we modify the format then?
Perhaps import GL, AR, AP, parttran, reason codes, ...infinitude
