Changing a user to a Security Manager

Is there any way that I can change a user to a Security Manager using SQL or some other method that doesn’t involve logging in to Epicor?

Is it as simple as changing the UserFile.SecurityMgr field from 0 to 1?

I can’t get into my account (SSO & changing user) and waiting on Epicor support to help.

I enabled the account for Global Company Security Management but the account still can’t see all menu items
