Our company uses a feature that automatically sends order information to the customer by email once the order is processed. By the way, when these emails are sent to the customer, the email is set to be sent to my predecessor at the same time. But, he has left the company and I would like to change to a different email address.
Where should i set it?

This will take some digging. Open up Method directives and data directives. Search by directives and select all and ok. While you have the search open I would do a copy to excel of them and start a list of what you find and what they do, so you can document them for yourself or a future person taking over.
I generally sort by business object and then start reading and making notes of what you find as you go thru them.
