Does anyone have experience working with change orders in Epicor? For instance, a customer comes back once your production process has started and requests for changes. Accepting these changes would impact the BOM and the job set up. There could be operations on the job that are already completed which would require rework, and we would also be required to add additional operations to the jobs. Ultimately, we need to be able to track the costs associated with the change, so it would include the new operations and any rework we did to accomodate changes. Does anyone have any insights or experience to share on how you would handle this in Epicor? How we could accurately track costs while accomodating the changes. I would really appreciate your help.
