Check all needed information is pass (as per Epicor tracing) to the request method or check if there any BPM(Method/Data) on this method.

there is no BPM/Data involved to this method. I compared the tracing log and everything seems to be passed correctly but I know I probably missed something but what, that’s the question lolll

Disable the BPM then try maybe it will give more ideas for troubleshooting.
