Case Management

Hi Ned,
Thanks for your reply and suggestion.  We're on Epicor version 9.05.700C, which, I believe is SQL with Progress.  I'm not in I.T., so I'm not sure what is meant by Full Text Catalogs but will pass this message to our I.T. director.

Is anyone using Case Management in version 9.05.700C or higher and finds it useful for searching solutions for past service on products?

Epicor was kind to let us test this for 30 days and the Knowledge Base Search isn't working even though I have data populated.

Does anyone know why the keyword search for the knowledge base would not find anything?  Is there some setup function I'm missing? 

Any Help is appreciated!

Are you on SQL? Do you have Full Text Catalogs setup if you are? I know that is an issue with some searches in some modules.
