Is there a way to change the starting date in Capture COS/WIP activity?

The editable fields depend on the checkboxes selected.

If you need to capture “old” transactions from a previous period, you’ll need to enable that. And as an FYI, it will post them to the first day of the first open period

I understand that, however i want to post to a period prior to the starting date. i.e. November transactions I still want to post to November not Dec 1. So there is no way of adjusting the start date?

The inventory transactions should post to the period to which they occurred except for outdated transactions which should post to the cutoff period.

What are you using for a cutoff and what are the periods for those transactions?

In that case make the ending date as November 30 and leave the capture outdated transactions checkbox unchecked. This will post all November transactions to November.
