Capable to Promise

Seems like the only way i can get that functionality back is to restart app servers also i have a information geting looped in my log

I am currentlly using Capable to promise and when that process stops responding i get a 4gl stop error and i cannot run or check in any parts on my workbench as well I have called in epicor support yesterday and they wanted me to change me loging to 4gl stop errorl.
