Can't delete test job - labor transactions: how to delete labor transactions?

I’m trying to delete a test job eddieTest, but can’t because of labor transactions. I went to Time and Expense and opened the user with the labor and went to the date of the labor transactions and see the labor transactions on the job eddieTest, but I can’t figure out how to delete them so I can delete the test jobs. Any pointers?

if you have never run Capture COS/WIP Activity process, switch to Detail sheet and click the “Recall” button, then delete it,
