I have run into the opposite situation, or the "flip side", of the serial number issue that we resolved this morning (as it affects job closing).
When I tried to close this particular job, I received an error message stating: "For assembly 0, 1 serial numbers are required but 0 serial numbers are assigned for the assembly. Cannot close."
Unfortunately, the part (and the serial number) have gone to stock and been issued out to a ship job since the time that this particular job was completed.
Is there any way around this scenario to get the job closed in Epicor9 ?
