Can't change dashboard properties

I have a dashboard which is working as intended but when I go back at a later date to add an input prompt, I can’t change any of the properties. I can’t make any changes to the check boxes, even the ones I have previously checked.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Could you share a screenshot?
If the Tracker View was customized in any way, the only way to add anything else is to add more customization, FYI.

It is customized. I’m trying to add an additional field to the header

Then you will have to add it manually by customizing it further. Your screenshot cut off the far right side that has an EpiShape saying “Customized” I bet.
