I’m having trouble with installing the base of 10.2.400.0. I’ve tried all methods like uninstalling and reinstalling but I still keep hitting into this error.
Much help would be appreciated thanks!
Is this a new server install or adding an environment to an existing app server?
This is a new server installation. A separate server.
On the server itself, the RL10.2.400.0.exe creates a directory called ERP10.2.400.0. You set the location of this during the install. In that directory there is another directory called ClientDeployment. That’s where the ReleaseClient.zip is at. Is the ReleaseClient.zip in that directory? It also creates a share with the requires files for the server and client deployment. the path is something like this:
\\<SERVER_NAME>\ERP10.2.400.0DeploymentThe ReleaseClient.zip which supposedly should be in the directory isn’t there.
In \<SERVER_NAME>\ERP10.2.400.0Deployment, there are only 2 folders - Client and Custom.
There should be three directories there along with the .zip. I don’t think the installer completed correctly. I would rerun the RL10.2.400.0.exe installer.
I would also install the latest 10.2.400 update before continuing.
