Cannot check the box "Quoted"

I cannot check the box "Quoted"for a specific quote. I do not know what i am missing. I have no BPMs that disable the Quote box.

Any Ideas?

did you get details into one of the lines? If so, you need to check the “Engineered” box on the Line, and then you should be able to quote.
