Epicor had a partner several years ago that provided a flow charting tool where you could navigate and zoom inward to see more and more detailed levels of process flows. Can anyone remember that partner’s name and product name?
Any idea what happened to them and the partnership?

No idea about the Partner, but LucidChart is a fantastic tool that we use for process flows.
All I remember was pre-implementation they did some process flow charting in XSOL software. Is that what you’re thinking of?

That’s the one! I remember looking into it 8-9 years ago and it was absurdly expensive.

I have a lovely bulk licensed definitely legit copy of visio 2007 that some consultant left lying around… That was the end of XSol.
