Can we disallow the ability of putting parts in stock unless the final operation on a job is marked completed?

The system displays an “disclaimer” letting a user know that the job is not complete but currently it does not “disallow” them from placing unfinished job parts into stock. Is there a switch somewhere in Epicor that we can turn on that will not allow this to happen?
