Business Activity Settings Gone

Can someone let me know where the entries are listed? In what table and field.

I am trying to write a report in CorVu that will capture the date parts were entered into job entry. Our departments are waging war with respect to when it was released, purchased, received, issued, etc.

Thanks.

Update on my previous post:
1. In any version upgrade from 5.1 thru 6.1 at each step the change log or Business Activity Manager settings go away. This is not clearly warned about in the upgrade documents. You have to record all your field settings and re-enter them after each upgrade. Epicor support says they have requested development to provide at method, perhaps export/import, to preserve the settings. But this is an unavoidable loss in the upgrade process the way it stands now.

2. The previously logged entries themselves are preserved and carried forward. But after upgrading, with no table/field selections, no new entries will be made until the BAM settings are re-entered. We did not notice this when converting from 5.20 to 6.00 in March - or from 6.00 to 6.10 a couple weeks ago. So no logging of changes since March.

Since this is not clearly spelled out it can very easily be overlooked in the upgrade process. Folks depending on logging for ISO or Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance might be seriously affected by loss of logging new events. If you have a lot of fields being monitored it could take significant time to re-enter them so allow for it in the upgrade planning.

I was just informed that since going to 6.1 from 6.0 all of our Business Activity settings to track changes to things like orders are gone. I think I vaguely recall prior posts about a way to recover this. Is this true? Or do I have to recreate it all? Also what about prior logging?

Thanks,

Todd:
I just double-checked my change log for one of the BA's I have set up and it
still works like it did in 6.0. I didn't check them all, but maybe orders
are affected due to all the changes in the Customer and Sales side...??
Prior records still show up also.
