Business Activity Manager - Part Table

Paul,
This could be accomplished rather easily with a custom .p procedure.
If you do some quick investigation for past emails with BAM and .p you
should find a wealth of information. If you don't, I will give you a jump
start if needed.

Just a weird one... Vantage support doesn't have any answers like usual. ;-p

Sometimes when troubleshooting weird problems like this I use the
message command to display fields to see what the data is during the
routine:



Message Part.PartNum View-as alert-box information buttons ok.



Might help you locate the problem.

Is it possible that you have 2 tables open? If they both contain a
PartNum field, and you have not identified the table name
(table.field), a null is returned. In my previous experience with
SQL, this caused an error message, but with this SQL it seems to
carry on but with a null for the offending field.
