We are using the Kinetic UI from a browser in our on-prem environment. We are using the edge agent for client printing and this works for any normal computer. However, for our remote desktop sessions, the edge agent is not showing the client printers installed. We don’t want to do network printing because then our shop users will have 50 printers to sort through.
We have a couple cases open with support, but no answers yet. Has anyone got this scenario working? We can’t be the only customer using RDP at their companies.
