I am trying to create a BPM on "Sales Order Update".

If OrderHed.Checkbox01 is True then do not allow a user to update the order.

I am able to do this for the Header a couple of different ways, but I am unable to get this to work for the Header and Detail.

What is the best way to go about doing this?

Thanks,
Rick
Use the RaiseAnException Action on Update for Sales Order and then use a
query result is greater than 0.
That should work.

You received good info from Jose on raising an exception.

Possible conditional queries:

For each ttorderhed where (ttorderhed.rowmod = "A" or ttorderhed.rowmod =
"U") and ttorderhed.checkbox01 = true.

End.

For each ttorderdtl where (ttorderdtl.rowmod = "A" or ttorderdtl.rowmod =
"U"), first orderhed where orderhed.company = ttorderdtl.company
And orderhed.ordernum = ttorderdtl.ordernum and
orderhed.checkbox01 = true.

End.

I hope this will help you.

Carl
