Hello good afternoon.
I have a problem with printing on epicor 10,400 after a server reboot.
I have a bpm that is activated when making an inventory entry, this bpm sends a label to a printer which I have shared on the network.

Maintain the following error.

Program Ice.Services.Lib.RunTask raised an unexpected exception with the following message: RunTask: Settings to access printer ‘\ 172.16.4.75 \ printer1’ are not valid.

Ensure that you do in fact have two slashes preceeding the host (\\), you may already have that and the forum is formatting the text.

Also, have you pinged that IP to ensure it is reachable from the server?

Finally, that printer needs to be installed on the server

Thank you very much, with your answer we have solved the problem.
We had to enter the credentials of the computers that had the shared printers in the server’s credential manager.
