I am comparing past cost data with our current standard costs, and even after updating the ‘Effective Date’ to early 2024, the BOM cost report is still showing values from 2025.
Is it possible to view the past cost data?
If you haven’t been using costing workbench, I’d say no.
The only other way would be to run the Inventory/WIP report for ADJ-CST transaction types with the appropriate period range. Your mileage may vary depending on how your GL is configured. You could export it to excel for a bit more manipulation.
Alternative would be to roll your own BAQ on Part Tran for the same tran type as mentioned above.
I can’t think any other way…Anyone else?
