Even though the received complete flag is not shut off, you have
satisfied the quantity of the PO line / release so there is no quantity
for the time phase to see.

Is anyone using blanket PO's to suppliers with a qty of 1? If so, are
you having problems with the PO not showing up in time phase once you
receive to that line/release?

We create the line and put 1 release out there for 1 pc with say a due
date of 12/31/07. This used to work fine but recently we have
discovered that once we receive to this, the PO will no longer show up
in time phase (even though we leave the line/release open upon receipt
by shutting off the "receive complete" flag).

We are still able to receive to the line/release as it is still open but
we cannot see the PO when we look through the time phase.

Wondering if anyone else has experienced this with the 542 patch as
seems that was when we started noticing it.

The item not showing up in time phase after you receipt it would seem
like standard functionality to me. You are starting to work outside the
system, when does 1 = 1 and when does it equal more than 1?

Make your blanket order for a larger amount possibly?

This is just a guess - but the reason it is probably not showing on the time
phase once you receive is because even though it is open - there is no
quantity left needing to be received. You needed 1 - you received 1 or
more. You may try changing the po quantity to 1 greater than the amount
that has been received and see if it shows up then.
